HAVANA– The SweatSox have learned that Team Cuba has requested 4 extra tickets to this year’s NCBL Banquet, sending a total of 8 to next Friday’s year-end awards gala.
We don’t know exactly which Cubans will be attending, nor what their preferred method of payment is, but it’s a good bet we’ll be seeing James Britz, spotted here at the August 10th Blue Jays game, there:
BREAKING NEWS: We’ve also just learned that the Tier 4 Bandits will be purchasing 1 extra ticket to the banquet, sending a total of 5 on the 1.4 hour journey from Beckwith to Gloucester.
