Attention all SweatSox fans! We have some exciting news regarding our off-season roster moves. We are thrilled to announce that we have added seven new players to our team: Steve Brown, Nick Henderson, Andrew Hierlihy, Phil Leduc, Larry Pawelek, Mike Pignat, and Trevor Williams.
Each of these players brings a unique set of skills and experience to our team, and we are confident that they will make valuable contributions both on and off the field. We look forward to seeing them in action and welcoming them to the SweatSox family.
As with any off-season roster moves, we have also made some difficult decisions about parting ways with some of our players. We want to thank Drew Clark-Brewin, Jason Klein, Chris Lidstone, and Dillon Lowry for their contributions to the SweatSox, and we wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
However, we are thrilled to announce that we still have a strong core of players returning to the team, including Cory Bond, Craig Cornell, Kent Johnston, Shaun Keay (that’s me), Marc Lett, Josh Ramage, Dave Rotari, Jaspreet Sanghra, and Eric White. We know that these players will continue to be leaders on the field and in the locker room, and we are excited to see what they will accomplish in the upcoming season.
Mark Bond and Ross Hughes also remain on the roster, but have been demoted to on-call spare roles. While it was not an easy decision, we believe that this move is in the best interest of the team. We want to thank Mark and Ross for their contributions to the SweatSox, and we hope that they will continue to be valuable members of our team spares.
As always, our goal is to put the best team possible on the field, and we believe that these roster moves will help us achieve that. We are excited about the upcoming season and look forward to seeing our team in action. Thank you for your continued support of the SweatSox.
